Why Drink Water When You Got Soda?

The Body is made of 60% water and drinking water helps maintain the balance of body fluids.
Although other beverages can keep you hydrated, water keeps you hydrated without any adding any extra calories!

2. Water  Also Helps Energize the Muscles.
Think about swapping the energy drinks you take to the gym for a bottle of water because it is a healthier way to replace fluids lost by sweating!
